Hello all, just chilling before I go out and do a 20 miler

BecX the outlaw run leg is potentially a P.B course as it is reasonably flat and is a 3 loop course, lots of support as well!

Min I did get back from the run but it was last run for this week as OH has b*ggered off to Bala for the weekend to do a triathlon, so I am home alone with the boys.......help

Happy anniversary Mr and Mrs Cabbey (I maintain that is your actual name).

Glad no-one is actually insane and that weekends were good all round.

Apparently my cold is not a cold at all but a sinus infection. I now have antibiotics and am already starting to feel more human. Might even be able to get back to running some time this week!

Becx, sorry to hear you're still a bit under the weather. My ears feel a bit dodgey and I thought it was because I had programmed hearing aids up and deafened myself but maybe not

Anyway, I have a fibre optic camera in the branch so I will do a bit of video otoscopy today on myself and make sure I don't have any infection.

I'm so tired today!!!!
