Actually I'll let you know if it's good too, I've been getting to the point where I've thought that I have all the low key gear and a very narrow minded idea. You can do more than roll on it right?

Right, I will be able to breathe again next week. It's all been too hectic and I'm forced to take a break from work next week as D goes back on days. They're all away at my parents at the moment, Cole caught a rabbit yesterday but didn't hurt it and Ella caught a fish with her bare hands. My family obviously have super powers or there are very dozy animals in Leominster.

It's J's 8th birthday today and I won't see her until they get back home tomorrow. I hate missing her birthday but as I've said before, we are in no position to turn down work, it's just the way it is for now.

Talking of work I'm here now so best get on with it!

Still just running, no bike no swim.

I will also have time to catch up on my PMs, emails etc next week so sorry if I owe you one, I'm not ignoring anyone

Oh and GO local girls and boys, Jo and Tom today.

Ok, home from work, want my little birthday girl here but will see her tomorrow. So I'll have to settle with a few drinks in the sunshine with my friend. I've said I'll cook on the Cob. If you don't know what it is Google it, I've roasted a whole chicken in it before, and you can do veggie parcels in the well.

With a bit of a break from work I can now concentrate on the other stuff in my life. All is on for me to step in as RD for the dart vale series (mara, half, 10k) so lovely local people, enter now!

I know that a couple of Pirates are coming down for it, if anyone else wants to there is space at the farm if you fancy a weekend away. That especially goes for anyone I'm mentoring as I like to meet people in the 3D world as early as possible

Click me baby!

Sorting stuff and have this Pirate top I never wear. I don't wear it because it's too big on the bottom half. I cut the label out (as I do with everything, but it will be womens xs).

PM if interested.

Modelled by the gorgeous chocolate moose. Yes, yes, it smells of chocolate.

The moose, not the top.

HA! Pay day and so I've entered a half mara down in Cornwall near (5 mins walk) to the in-laws. I've put my expected time down as 1.30, have run faster, have run slower so we'll see. Running is going well and I've been doing quite a lot of home gym work, which I'm getting quite addicted to, mostly free weights. D is going to clear the garage and re-hang the punch bag. We've also decided to get back into some of the other sports we used to do, climbing most certainly now we have this here... Click.

No big news here, just work mainly and kids and stuff. I sat down with D when the kids were still in bed the other morning and mapped out our 'life plan' short, medium and long term stuff in catagories such as 'work' kids' 'house' etc...

Local peeps remember to enter the Dart Vale races, I've officially stepped in as Race Director now (see post above) and Anne Widdecombe is starting the races off

10 mile run done with weights and dogums.

Off to party with some of our oldest and most loved friends, we're all staying overnight, we're leaving Cole with my neighbour cos we don't take any of our dogs to theirs after our shepherd before the last one ate their front door.

Well she spat most of it out to be fair.

Had a great night down in Plymouth, our friends have moved into an old Victorian 7 bedroom house, but even being on the 3rd floor couldn't protect myself from my husband's drunken singing at 2.30 am. I can't remember the last time he got drunk, and the only way I could get him out of bed this morning was to inject my friend's 3 year old into the bedroom at 10.30am

A small child can do greater work than a bossy wife or a dozen cups of coffee; you really have to have one in your artillery.

Argghh! They're all abandoning me again today as I have to work this week, but I'm not in work until Wednesday so that means I have tomorrow all to myself... Unheard of in the normal chaos.

What to do? Maybe go and have the Eiffel Tower tattooed on my arse... and back and neck.

Ok, no tatooists, but I've completely changed the furniture round in the living room; with help from my neighbour and great friend. While the mice are away, the kat will play.

Let's face it, that's a positive way to expend my extra energy really.

Tomorrow I may do something a bit more extreme. But not ironing, I never do that shit.

I could get a kitten, I've never been without a cat and the girls want another one too, but Darren would be seriously pissed off if I did.

Ok, now I'm thinking pigmy pig instead of kitten... Maybe time to just go and watch a movie.

Ok, no kitten.

Today consisted mainly of running, then wandering around town. Well that was curtailed after I realised that I was only interested in Waterstones and Lakeland.

MIDDLE AGED PEOPLE are interested in Lakeland.

It's something that creeps up on you, if you catch me visiting B&Q or a garden centre on any Sunday, please put me down inhumanely.

Back to the cacophony that is enrollment week in work. I love it because you meet so many new characters; so friggin busy though.

A good run after work and I came home to some rare (now given current financial situation) kk geeky treats. The 'Swimming Anatomy', 'Cycling Anatomy' and 'Running Anatomy' series of books from Amazon.

You can take the slightly too technical and very uninspiring sports anatomy lectures from uni away from the girl, but you can't take the girl away from liking to stare at well drawn anatomical drawings of men's butt muscles. (Actually they books do hit my geek spot upon first glance for other reasons really)

Oh also the only Wii Lego Game we didn't have (Star Wars III) came. Shame the kids aren't here to share it with me, I've already blown up tons of shit and it felt good.

Bought a small cuddly Mandeville this morning to join Wenlock on top of the TV, bring it on.

Yeah my pack are back, huge hugs from the kids and the wet nose of affection from Cole.

Work was hectic again today, enrollment week always is madness.

This thread is amusing me now, people are reading it but...

To be fair though, the whole tri forum seems slow.

D doesn't like the way I've rearranged the house, picky bastard!
