True. No decent arguments anymore. Well I had tuna, good 4 hours before my evening tempo. Even if I have a poo before I run, I'm bound to need to go again during the run.

Always worse on a Monday too? why is that?

Whatever happened to DF3 / Mr I ? He could start an argument in a phone box.

I had carrot and red pepper sticks and hummus.  Posh/healthy eh?

Dum-de-dum.

Tea, anyone?  Kettle's boiled.

I had Dr. Karg cheese and pumpkin seed crispbreads with spicy red pepper houmous.

Blimey this is rivetting stuff.  I had chicken and noodle salad.

Slightly late lunch for me... Heinz tomato soup and a crusty roll.

The bowl is still on my desk, I probably should take it to the dishwasher in a moment.

For lunch today I had a 400g bar of Dairy milk, a pork pie and some lard sure that should start a augment between furumites if that’s helpful although this might mean I’m sleeping in the coal shed tonight?

The trouble is, all the arguments now happen on the Samir Team GB thread - (I had cream cheese with green grapes on seeded brown)

I'm now having a banana to top up, it's a bit over-ripe but I quite like that,

I do too.

Did you miss the university fees one that went off topic? Honestly I do my best, tsk

Anyway, I am currently having an exchange with a genuine loony on the Guardian website so I'm keeping myself entertained

A loony on the Guardian website? Next thing you will tell is is the Daily Mail website is full of bigoted idiot's?

You guys need the mundane thread.  Pages and pages of sandwich fillings, bananas and the added bonus of wheelie bins!

He's the type that uses A LOT OF CAPITAL LETTERS to make his point because he can't find the italics button. Or just wants to shout, of course.
