Morning Peeps

Escaped from the land of the strange (teehee) back in Warrington the land of the weird...

Suffering with a "bad back", Not sure which exertion over the weekend upset it

Hope the back heals up in time for your holibobs mate.

Managed a two mile swim this morning despite a sore throat, weird how 2 miles seems like a standard swim at the moment.

Yeah I can remember when 10 lengths was an achievement , like you say now 45 mins seems like an easy session...

And last night I managed 45 mins with no issues, apart from a bunch of kids who thought getting in my way would be fun, then they decided to race me .... then they got all out of breath and gave up !

Will do.. Sent you a couple of route profiles I'm going to have a bash at next week.......

Suzie did take one look at the down hills and was concerned that I would end up 2 miles out to sea if the brakes are no good on this bike I've hired

Cycle in your wetsuit and you'll cover all eventualities and dramas.    pirate

Those route profiles are awesome! You could always go round and round instead?
09/03/2012 at 10:37

Well I could...... But limited opportunities to go "Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" on the down hills

It was 28 degrees there yesterday, So I think the need for a wettie is limited

they were wearing them in Lanza this week as the water was a little chilly according to Chris Wild, has been hot though and windy.

We have a pool at the apartment, Although we are only 200 yds from the beach, being right on the southern tip of the island the next thing is Antarctica !!

And yeah even on the nice days when we were there last year, You needed a wind jacket on running down the prom..    pirate

HI chaps.

The water will still be cold - it needs a couple of months of sun to warm up, I think.

Hope you are all okay - I'm just too busy to keep up with everyything at the mo, so please bear with me!

Really?? LOL! Now that one won't be a good photo!  Don't think I noticed it either, cos I do get TP! Can you keep hold of it for me - I may have thrown the supplement away without looking at it.
