Nice little plod for me as well. Off to COLT running tonight, swimming tomorrow, and then 3 days of biking and then it's all done and dusted.

It's just outside Harrogate in that God-less place over the border !!

We are staying at a fancy place, It is billed as "A restaurant with rooms"  It has 2 Michelin stars, and 4 suites for over night stays....  Yes I could have bought most of a new Cervélo frame for what it costs ! But it is a birthday treat for TLS

Sounds really nice - I like Harroaget and the surrounding area even if it is in the badlands.

Michelin stared food scoffed.... Betty's afternoon tea scoffedd (even if they did ask for an extra 45p cos I had coffee, Who says Yorkies are tight ?)

Sadly got a stinking cold and flu like symptoms, aching joints etc...

Not helped by leaving home at 5am to drive up to Whitehaven this morning..
