Still not 100% Cath, but MUCH better. Had a little shopping trip around Chester yesterday lasting 5 hours but I bought nothing from the Fat Face shop :-(

Yep, much better. Am off work still today (booked an extra day's holiday - foresight on this kid is amazing!) still got the crappy chest like so I've promised hippo and the dino that I'd go to GP today... air entry in right lung is still a bit naff... other than that I'm alright!

Oh, saw a bloke in a FF long sleeved shirt yesterday. Made me snigger that did 'cause I knew where it came from!

FF, a 10 mile run sounds horrendous but is a good idea though. I've not ran for three weeks until Sunday, Four villages is now a get you round target. When is best for you considering I'm in work this weekend? And good for you for thinking about doing it!

Viking - err, hadn't been to bed actually. Couldn't sleep because of this stupid f*%$ing cough.

(and yes, I am tired but I will have a nap later and try to sleep properly tonight. I've spoken to my boss today and hopefully I will just go in tomorrow to pick my marking up and then come home again for the rest of the week and then take it back on Friday afternoon.)
