The present situation, ... utterly and totally honestly....
3 months of oversuse injuries and 6 weeks holidays have not been kind to me...
Height: 1.70m / 5'6"Weight: 66kg / 10st4lbWaist: 80cm / 31.5"Hips: 100cm / 39.5"Bust: 91.4cm / 36"Current BMI: 23.1Current Body Fat: about 23%
The desired situation, to go back to normal, i.e. the way I was in spring this year...Weight: 57kg / 8st9lb (that's racing weight... don't mind happy training weight of 59kg / 9st3lb)Waist: 27"Bust: 32-34" (and back into a B-cup... thank you!!)Desired BMI: 20Desired Body Fat: 16-17%

I don't think anyone should feel that they have to disclose anything they don't feel comfortable with... It's just me... I'm a bit anal like that and like to be specific and write it down... It helps me...
Current - 10st 1 (soz I'm an old fashioned kinda gal!)

Target - 8st 10 (great) - 8st 8 (super!)

Over on Fetch there's a co-ordinator who you email your weight to every week and they keep records.
I'll join your losers list ...I am in desperate need to lose around 30 pounds......so I'll put my name down too...
