anyone else watching?!
And a nice debut for Jo Pavey as well.
She was fantastic. Made it look so easy, looked barely out of breath.
Talking of inspiration, James Cracknell is wonderful. What a guy.

A british winner in the mens' wheelchair race. Well done to david Weir.
Yes, nice one! We seem to do well in sports involving wheels...
I bumped into Jo Pavey along the Mall after the race. She's lovely she is.
Superb performance from Mary. From the look of her I thought she was a young girl but she's 29 with a kid of her own. Sure to be a favourite for the Olympic marathon and will get better and better!
I nearly cried when I saw James Cracknall. I didn't know his recovery had come so far.
Well done Sir.
