A soothing video with green mountain sides to chill you out ready for bed. Don't you just wish you were there now, instead of being stuck at home?

Frodo - that's exactly our sofa. Harvey (he is 1 year old springer) owns the sofa. A month ago he had major surgery on his stomach and bowel. Today he has had more surgery on his cruciate ligament. Harvey (he is a dog if you haven't worked it out yet ) says his sofa is nice. My chair is nice. My other half says the floor is nice. !!

Get well wishes to Harvey .. I hope he is resting on the sofa
I had blueberries on my breakfast this morning ... first time in a while

Ha Ha you should be our Breakfast Barometer B; I could predict sales depending on what you had each morning.

I have eschewed breakfast so far, I'm feeling a lot better (I was ill for a bit) so I had a little r*n and now I'm going to have a couple of boiled eggs.

Love you towner.  Missing the swarfega.

I'm stupidly happy again.  Something really minor set me off grinning this morning and now I can't stop.

17/11/2012 at 11:28

Have you been ill Me P? You still don't look so good to me, all skin and bone... Good to have got out for a run though.

Hello Towner. So much has been going on I just don't know where to start - so I won't.  But we missed you too!

I have taken the indoor bins to the outdoor bins. Now I have coffee. I may also try a little run today. It's been 2 weeks.

No bread=no boiled eggs

So I made two bacon & egg rolls/baps/barms/but not cobs.  Then I felt guilty and gave one to Cal.

I'm rescuing ducks this evening.

17/11/2012 at 14:36

(((Mundanies))) Good afternoon.

Yay Towner - good to see you back fella

(((Caz))) Excellent that a duck in peril can call on a Mundany in times of trouble.

Mr P stop wiggling like that, you is scaring meeeeee

17/11/2012 at 17:01

I am just looking for another Puffy one then it's curtains for the Zombie.

17/11/2012 at 17:15
That's good Mr P, the zombie is not nearly as cuddly as Puffy

I need to shop for my SS pressie ... I think I know what to get but the local shop didn't have any left, so need to try further afield ...
17/11/2012 at 20:25

The zombie is a little alarming!

I am thirsty, I think I'm going to make a fruity tea and check the grape situation in the fridge. Then I need to ring MummyKJ to tell her to check her emails, I've just sent her a picture of the Mini's in matching handknits.

(((Good morning Mundanies)))

*kettles on and doorstep thick bread is toasting in front of an open fire.*

In mundany news today, I have cycled this morning and me and it are still not best friends.

Good early morning cycling DS
I am still waking up and working towards a run on the hills ..
18/11/2012 at 09:30

Morning all.

Love the 'twin' set, KJ!

I ran yesterday. Tiny came with me. He did really well
I was doing ok until we were almost home, then the calf started hurting again. It's now 3 weeks since I had that cramp.

Frosty but gloriously sunny here today. Be wonderful to run in... *sigh*

18/11/2012 at 09:38
Well done Tiny and Small, sorry about the calf *kisses it better*

I'm feeling distinctly undermotivated still haven't done any exercise for over a week now. Not injured or ill just lazy.
