Shit 10K race today. Oh well. Pull my socks on and get on with it.
Sorry about yourrace Elli.
I'm feeling mean, someone has got close to my 10k pb and I'm not happy about it. It's kind of being competitive. Just that this person has also thought that they can get close to my pb's without putting in the work. I should be more gracious because they have put in the work and been training much harder. I'm a sore loser.
I'm mostly annoyed by...everything. I am injured and I don't seem to be able to fix it. Game over for me. Thank Lord for beer.
*clinks stein heartily*
OK the Zombie has been hit on the head with a stout stick.
We went to see Skyfall today, very good.
64 ducks rescued, one sea swim complete, video analysis of mmy swim technique, a gossip with the lovely SOLB, and now back home to clean sheets on the bed. What a fantastic weekend

I saw skyfall on Friday. Really liked it because it was different to the others!
Evening all! ((((hugs to the mundanies))))
Mega busy weekend. Me and Cake have visited both of his grans, done a spot of 'light' gardening (aaargh, my back!), had a close encounter with a brown wheelie bin, rescued a puppy in peril, and drove over 300 miles
Gah, I started writing that nearly an hour ago, then got distracted by The Secret of Crickley Hall!
What have you done Elli? Injury-wise that is.
Me and Cake saw Skyfall last weekend. It was the first Bond film I've ever watched all the way through
*wraps her up in a blankee* *looks pointedly at lazy spotty taking up the squidgy chair*
Are you feeling alright Mr. P?
What a weekend of Mundane rescues! We rescued a frog that was stuck in a smooth sided tank in a wood. I found a large branch which we put in the water as a sort of ladder.
The wind is just starting to pick up here too. Bye bye leaves...
Morning all - we didn't rescue anything or anyone over the weekend...we are now fully back to work - just as well as there are bills due (the joys of being self employed ) First two appointments are a "no show" and a last minute cancellation *joy*
I'm starting Operation Lose Weight For Christmas today...I'm feeling all chubby in my jeans...ah well - we had a lovely holiday. Now I'm back it's full swing ahead in getting the various Secret Santa pressies organised...I *think* I know what I'm going to buy
...lost in translation - just reading a discription of a villa we might book next time we're in LZ...
