Probably even more so Towner.  Not much could make me happier today, except maybe some swarfega...

Well done on a great time and enjoy the well deserved wine

Mudchute supporters thread has gone up today for those who aren't running it and want to help out at the support station.  A great day out with an awful lot of alcohol if you so desire.

Thanks everyone it was a bit sad watching, but it looked tough, better runners than me were struggling so it was the right decision.

Roast chicken later...

Evening

Sorry to hear you couldn't make your race Mr. P Sounds like you were sensible though. I hope you enjoyed your roast chicken

(((Caz))) good moods are a wonderful thing

I did the race this morning. It was hard, and it was stupid. But I did it and lived to tell the tale It was incredibly windy, which made it very tough. I don't like cycling in windy conditions  I wore my Team Mundane t-shirt

I've just gone onto Amazon to add something on my wish list, except I can't remember what it was now.

Tut Bookie, hope you're now tucked up with a hot chocolate and recovering well.

I think I'm going to bed now, night night all xx

Morning all - had a lovely weekend...those of you on FB probably saw that my baby brother got engaged this weekend past...(when I say baby brother it's because I have one sister who is one year older than me and one brother who is 16 years younger than me...my mum and dad embarrassed me when I was a teenager!!)  and we are all really excited for them...his wife to be is younger than Jenn!!  They are going to call her auntie just to annoy her!

Baby is due today...he's going to get his bum smacked if he doesn't make an appearance as scheduled!!

And later this week my mum turns 70!!  I'm glad she's made it!!

In unmundane news...I've signed up with a personal trainer who is going to kick me into shape for this VLM...I've done 6 marathons before this one and never done it properly...I have no core strength and I'm really unfit...so this should sort me out...I start on Friday

 Enjoy.

It's raining again. i should be either tidying the kitchen or going for a run. So why am I sitting at the pc doing sweet fa? Story of my life. I'm not even sewing.

Hope that little botty smacking is not necessary.

Good morning Mundanies - yesterday was a very mixed bag, good things and bad things.  Like opening up a picnic basket and seeing lots of cheese, but realising nobody remembered the marmite.

(((gfb)))  It all sounds wonderfully exciting - fingers crossed for a timely delivery.

Morning everyone.

Keep us informed of any low flying storks, gfb!

Wishing you all mundane health and happiness.

evening all...... just checking in.

glad you're back DS, dont like it when we're missing someone, but realise sometimes we all need a bit of space away from everyday stuff.....

having serious thoughts about Outlaw next year....somebody needs to stop me buying 220 magazine...its dangerous!!

lots of love to you all.... and an extra big west country hug to anybody who "might" be lurking!...yes, thats YOU!

What any help with the outlaw?  mmmuuuuaaaarrrhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

Extra special ((((hugs))))) to Caz and any lovely luckers out there.

In mundane news I think I broke myself at the weekend. Did a 10k in saturday just because it was local and would be rude not to. Was only up the hill at the back of cakebook manor but not done enough running lately and then the same tri as booky. The tri was very windy and hard going.

By the way bookie did very well considering she was told to stay in bed and take her anti biotic's for the plague she presently has.   She beat me for a start.

Mate, IF I decide to go for it, you will be the first to know, I will be on at you all the time......
