I did runned this morn. 8X400 @ 90 secs; 1x1200; 8X400 @ 90 secs. was hard but good. feeling confident for hm in 2 weeks.

Well done Bear.  I went down the gym.  First time since I moved to Leicester

I did lots of free weight stuff and now my legs have gone to jelly and my shoulders ache.

I might book in for Body Combat tomorrow morning if there is space

Today I have cuddled an 8 week old ragdoll kitten like this one

 It was ridiculously cute 

(((Small))), (((B))) & (((Mr. P))) - I just love it when Mundany greetings rhyme.

(((Mouse))) Brilliant to feel ready for the half. 

(((Bear & Caz))) Great going with the healthy doings.

(((Saffy))) That really is irresistably cute - which is why I must never look at a kitten for sale ad again.

My mundany question for today is - who else is doing the Giants Head marathon?

Oh wow Saffy.  I've always wanted one of them.  You are so lucky to have had the chance to pamper one

The  news is that the kitten has moved in 2 doors away, so I can have regular cuddles 

DS, me & Mr S are going to sign up for the 10k and I think Cake and Bookie are doing the 10k too

Plus might I add - Eek! - nobody else doing the marathon?  I have bitten off so much more than I can chew, lol

I was planning on marshalling or supporting.  If you are nice to me then I might get my pom poms out

That's great Mouse - I'm way out of my depth, but it's a great target to aim for and I do like a challenge.  I hope to be able to join you there at the finish.

Me    Er, well, apart from the last 20 miles  I've signed up for the 10K.
