I should be out doing my LSR but I'm not, I'm here playing on the PC. I'm bad. (I typed basd, I think I've come up with a new word, I like it).

Is that an abbreviation of bad-assed, Mouse?

I made it to Body Combat this morning.  It might be almost 10 years since I went regularly but I still remember the moves.  Much better work out than Zumba.  Aching already, although that could also be due to yesterdays gym session.

If I keep this up I'm going to be a new lean, mean SuperCaz by Christmas

I like that Frodo.  I doubt that I could be called basd however hard I try though.

Good work SC, I'm hoping to lose a few pounds that I keep losing then gaining back when I'm not looking.

I'm in a quandary.  I want to get back to the lean me of a couple of years ago, but I also need to keep my insulation for the Channel.  So I am compromising by trying not to get het up on my weight and size, and working on building the muscle instead, while eating sensibly.

Actually, eating sensibily isn't hard.  Its keeping the drinking to moderation which is challenging.  Too many weekends away with good friends involving the odd glass or two too many.

((Mundanies all))

I can have a drinkie or two tonight. I've been on the wagon for a whole week in preparation for today's race.

Seems to have worked. I knocked 2 minutes off my previous time and that was 4 years ago.

Just hope I can stay awake long enough to enjoy my beer.

Well done Small.

I am exhausted after watching Chester Marathon this morning.  Our club entrants all did really well, and I saw Gazelle from the 3:30 thread smashing it.

I am going for a lie down before cooking.

Thanks Mr P.

Forgot to say earlier, I may be doing the Giant 10k thing too, perhaps...

Given next weekend's village nuttiness down here and the zombiethon, November sounds a good time to start

*edit* Slightly worried by a post from the Godbotherers thread that I swear I didn't quote appearing above!

They're out to get you Hash.

I'm sure that's happened to others, I've seen strange out of place quotes appearing on the odd thread here and there.

Well done Small!

I've been for a short swim in a river.  It was short because all the rain recently made the current very strong and I travelled the distance in less time than I should have.

I have done the ironing. I have also cleaned Mini's dolls house as my contribution to spring cleaning whilst MrKJ did our house!
We've collected our home birth kit today, it's all getting a bit real now. I hope you're all on standby for the next 4 days as MrKJ is in Germany so I'll be needing virtual birth partners if anything kicks off.

Well done on the pb Small, hope you've enjoyed your beer.
Hope your virus clears up Towner.

Right, I am off to clear a stack of paperwork from the dining room so it becomes an oasis of calm with a birthing pool when needed.

Cleaned the doll's house, I really did LOL

Isn't that nesting MrP? I was classing it as that!

Evening all

It sounds like good weekends have been had by many

I hope your head is ok Towner - you have to watch out for that viral beer, it's dangerous stuff *nods wisely*

Congrats on your new PB Small

Spectacular delegation skills KJ, I'm very impressed   Me and Cake spent three hours in the gym/pool at the posh(ish) hotel today. I have skipped and boxed and had my first experience of a vibration plate

That's this morning's run in the bag - now to check the sleep fairy traps...

Hope you got her DS, no sign of her here all I caught is some fluff and a rouge 5p
08/10/2012 at 05:56

(((SOLB))) I think they're getting wise to me.  No sleep fairy - just a note saying "better luck next time, thanks for the cheese"
