Towner...I'm your camp - we love home made chips - in a proper fryer

Having said that I've just had salad for lunch *sigh*

Lunch? Oops...

Afternoon

Cool avatar, DS

I am off to London again later, for two days. I'm on a stats course  ...but I'll also be missing the postgrad Xmas party

On Saturday I'm at the hairdressers and I'm debating whether to do something drastic

I'm due for the hairdresser tomorrow - *sigh* it takes so long...but it's got to be done

(I did something drastic when I turned 40 *mid life crises anyone* - and got all my hair chopped off and dyed blonde  - needless to say it was not a good look for me...back to ginger curls! )

OK

What did the Human Cannonball say when he got fired?

"you'll never find another man of my calibre."

((((mundanies))))

A 7 hour hug   Morning fab lot.

Huge sympathy Cake, it sounds pants and bloomin' stressful.  Hang in there mate x

Sorry for not being around much in the week these days, but my work's manic too.  We're expected to get in by 7.30 (I usually fail) and I'm still there at 5.  It feels a lot like a fire hydrant hitting a teacup.

Mr Puffy wrote (see)
There is a clue on my envelope!!!

Do I follow it up???

It will have been postmarked Lapland.  Der.

In  Mundany news today, I can announce my feet have found a way to celebrate cheese.

Nice socks there Dawn. Very apt.

I'm getting ready for work right now, I've showered and dressed and everything. Or maybe I'm making that up and I'm sat at the pc drinking tea.

Morning everyone.

*Joins in the group hug* (((eveyone)))

Great socks and avatar DS

I have a cat lounging on my lap that is a bit too big for lap lounging. At least he's keeping me warm, even if it makes typing a tad awkward

Btw, I am also getting a haircut today

In very mundane news, I tried to open the wheelie bin lids to put things in but they were frozen solid.
Small, my cats are too big for lap warmers, especially when there are children alreadytaking up the limited space

Nice socks

Off to the hair cut shop in a minute - it's miserable out - lashing with rain and cold.

I normally have changed my forum name to my Christmas name by now (jinglefurbells) but I heard that last year someone changed to their Chrimbo name and in the new year couldn't change back as someone had taken their "real" name  I'd die (literally  ) - not that I think there's a big demand out there for runners called gingerfurball...but that's how my mind works!!

stilll hugging ((((mundanies)))) especially Cake
Great socks DS

I need a haircut, my hairdressers has taken to texting me once a week now to try to prod me to make an appointment! I rwally should book, but I don't really like going ...
06/12/2012 at 12:57

I have been to the haircutterers. What'dyathink? *swishes*

I'm not that keen on going either. I still go to the place in the town which is near where we used to live, because I know them there. There is a small town near where we are now, but the hairdressers all look really scary. I'm sure that they're not like Sweeney Todd but they still make me nervous.

Something I did discover whilst in town was that a new shop has opened since my last visit. It's called The Cheese Shed.
I hope they sell cheese.

or sheds.
