I've never been tested as an adult Bookie...I've often wondered if I have asthma after all my childhood problems.

CP it's possible to have clear lungs but still have low oxygen levels - have they looked at things like haemoglobin and albumin levels?  Another possibility is that the oxygen can't get into the bloodstream due to the circulation to the lungs being messed up somehow, or due to shallow breathing (can be caused by a swollen abdomen or pain). Probably a fair few other things too but that's the limit of my knowledge as a physio

Do i want to do 800m reps tonight?

...in the rain...

...and cold...

Evening folks!

I had a very intense day at work today and have come home brain dead.  I had to amend my audit schedule to take into account various business needs, then amend it again, then again...

Then my boss phoned up from Ireland to tell me to amend it again...

I was running out of permutations before I got a result that everyone was happy with. Then it was time to go home.  What a waste of a day.

Now I am trying to decide whether I should swim or take a rest day.  I could swim tomorrow instead...

Good job I've just washed the cats towels, I maybe washing them again soon.

I've decided on a rest day.  Looking abck over what I've done during the last 7 days I think I have earned one.

((((Hugs)))) and healing vibes to all the poorly mundanie extended families

I have an aching arm after the jab today. I'm going to have an early night just for a change, MrKJ is going to appear like a magic husband around midnight so I'm allowed to have a baby now!

Hope junior is ok CP.

((Hugs)) to all, and their bins, and jars of marmite.

(((CP))), hope CP Jnr is better soon!

I feel old. I just downloaded a song and I'm struggling to find where it's gone on my laptop!

12/10/2012 at 04:08

(((Caz & Mouse))) Happy rest day, they're good for the constitution.

(((CP))) Fingers crossed for CP junior.
(((Mr P))) Good luck with new bin regime, change can be scary.

In mundany news today - meh, it's morning, I shall run, foxes will flee, I will return, I will stretch, Dawn Dog will attempt to lick me to death in the process - it's just how things are.   I don't think I'll notice if I get changed into a zombie.

Don't you hate it when you find a sonic screwdriver in the street and have no way of returning it to its owner?   Well problem solved....

Car service today....it could be expensive
12/10/2012 at 08:51

Morning all

((hugs and healing vibes to all in need))

Not long now then KJ? Oh it's very exciting!

 DS, that is funny.

Hope it's not too much of a shock, Saffy.

I had a blowout on a tyre this week, luckily I was close to home which meant I was able to get the car back easily, also lucky because going over 20 mph around here is impossible so I didn't lose control and end up in a hedge. Unluckily it cost a small fortune to have the tyre replaced.

It's stopped raining!

Morning all - c'mon baby KJ!!

Getting ready for the lunch time of doom when the dreadmill tests happen...I'm a-feared!

12/10/2012 at 09:18
*waves pom poms for the smallest of KJ's mini's*

Morning, C'mon KJ you can do it.

Ben is off the oxygen mask and sats are stable at about 95 - 96. If he can maintain this until lunchtime he should be able to come home today.

Good Morning. My knee hurts, that's it no more cycling as that's all I did yesterday. Run in the woods today, see how it feels.

I like those tube map thingies as well.

Fingers crossed for minipop.

What else has happened? Oh I saw the sleep fairy learly this morning, she was trying very hard to get D off to sleep. He is normally a serial sleeper and doesn't wake up for anything so this not sleeping is really getting to him. I let him oversleep this morning, I thought sod it, if he's asleep that's better for him than getting to work on time.

12/10/2012 at 10:16
Poor mouse's knee *kisses it better*
Hope minipop gets home, he must be sick of hospitals now.
Oooo you saw the sleep fairy? I had her trapped in a jam jar by my bed but everyone moaned too much so I had to let her go. Was she still frowning and shaking her little fists when you saw her or is that just me?
Hope poor D feels better soon
