I think I'm beginning to see an improvement on my low gluten diet (not cut it out completely yet as I still have food in the house that needs eating, but down to only one gluten meal a day). Gums are bleeding a lot less and my minor cuts and bruises are beginning to heal. Energy levels are higher, but I'm still needing a lot of sleep and when I start to flag I'm really fit to drop. I think thats just my body needing time and energy to repair itself.

I'm in planning mode. I'm booking hoels, thinking about accommodation etc for a whole load of events.
Talking of which, I still need details from some people for Legends. I think I have until the end of this month to register names. I'll have a little look at how far I've got so far and message those I'm still waiting to hear from.
Is there anyone who I've not already got on the list who would be interested, in case anyone drops out?
For those new to the thread, its a 10k night run with obstacles. A fun event rather than a race and you can walk the whole lot if you aren't much of a runner. Ooh - that looks interesting. I have only just booked my 'Leadership in running fitness' course for that day, after the original one was fully booked. Might have to have a rethink there. If I did it, I'd probably travel home from there as it's not far from me.
That's good news Caz.. I notice I don't heal very quickly, but I put that down to too much beer and wine.

Ah, I see. It's a superstition thing I did wonder why you would chose this time of year for the annual bath. Better to do it in the summer when the air temperature is warmer
no a hot bath in the winter to warm the sinews. wait for the first snows, that when I take my annual dipping.
