My bin hit me! That's the thanks you get for giving it the day off.

I was pushing the contents down to squash it up a bit, I had to lean right in as it's only quarter full, when suddenly the lid came down and hit me on the head. Bad bin.

The sun is shining here.

I'm planning on making some broccoli and cauliflower soup

Not to serve with tea though...

Oooh would you care to share the recipe?

Attack of the bin!

You don't think there'll be an uprising do you? The start of things to come...

*waves to Chilli*

It's still snowing

 Soup's that good huh?

I think it helps when you're on talking terms with the vegetables

21/01/2013 at 17:16

That would probably have been better if I'd said whispering terms lol

I regularly speak to veg... the odd piece of fruit... Sometimes cheese... And Cake

I've been offered a job Which is with the people I'm currently with, just in a much better paid position It's temporary though...

Heavy snow on cracked garage roof that's due for replacement.  Garage roof screams 'enough!'.  Garage roof on car bonnet.

Yeah, no major problem.  It was only part of it and there's no damage.

The cheese I was having last Friday was Y Fenni.  Haven't had it in ages for some reason.  Very tasty one with mustard seeds.

I'm drinking tea and I also bought broccoli today.

I've got to go away on business so I'll be out of contact for a while.  I'm concerned abiout GF eating while I am there, so I've stock piled lots of stuff to take with me.

I had a non-GF cereal bar today, to use up stock in the cupboard and I felt quite rough afterwards

Hope it goes OK, Caz.  I have to ask though - have you confessed to the others that you have a stunt double standing in for you at Legends?

21/01/2013 at 19:32

That's not confirmed yet LR.  There is more than one person who might be dropping out so you might be getting their place instead.  Currently I am registered.

21/01/2013 at 19:34

In that case I'm spreading rumours too soon.  I'm effectively someone's stunt double though - although I probably look nothing like them.

21/01/2013 at 19:37

But the big anouncement everybody

LR is joining us at Legends!

21/01/2013 at 19:39

I didn't know we had the option of a stunt double! Can I have Daniel Craig please? I'm led to believe he does his own stunts

Ditch the non-GF bars Caz, it's not worth feeling rough for the sake of eating them (((hugs))) Where is it you're going? You might be able to request GF foods.

If I've ever given anyone one here dietary advice, would you be willing to write a short testimonial for me and let me use your name (first name only if preferred) on my shiny new website please? Sports nutrition or general, both would be good Please and thank you

Ooh! X-post! *waves to the newest Merry Mundaney*

They are all gone now Bookie.

I'm visiting a small company to audit them.  They have offered to put on a buffet but confirmed today that their caterers cannot guarentee GF food, so I will take my own.

I'm more concerned about breakfast and dinner as it involves an overnight stay.  i'm also going with a colleague that I don't know very well so I have no idea how considerate he will be to my dietry requirements when it comes to catering.  I will pack lots of snack food just in case.

Chips are.often cooked in the same fat as onion rings. The chips might be GF but can pick up traces of gluten.
