Morning all.

Love the 'twin' set, KJ!

I ran yesterday. Tiny came with me. He did really well
I was doing ok until we were almost home, then the calf started hurting again. It's now 3 weeks since I had that cramp.

Frosty but gloriously sunny here today. Be wonderful to run in... *sigh*

I'm feeling distinctly undermotivated still haven't done any exercise for over a week now. Not injured or ill just lazy.

Sorry about yourrace Elli.

I'm feeling mean, someone has got close to my 10k pb and I'm not happy about it. It's kind of being competitive. Just that this person has also thought that they can get close to my pb's without putting in the work. I should be more gracious because they have put in the work and been training much harder. I'm a sore loser.

64 ducks rescued, one sea swim complete, video analysis of mmy swim technique, a gossip with the lovely SOLB, and now back home to clean sheets on the bed. What a fantastic weekend
