Really pleased to hear that Mrs. P is doing well now

I sound like a 40-a-day smoker

...I've got a hoarse voice...not so good when answering the phone is my job!!  How does one head produce so much mucas!! Bleuchhh!!  *sneeze...sniff*

Ditto GFB! I've got a clinic this morning and I think the patients are a little put off that a 5 foot tall woman sounds uncannily like Barry White...

...haha!!  That made me lol Sarah

Afternoon everyone. 

Mr P, sorry to hear Mrs P has had a rough time but glad to hear she's now on the mend.

Tinca has been to the vets again. He had a blood test which came back with all boxes ticked normal. He's now got a bald throat and a tin of poorly-pet fish paste. He has eaten about a teaspoon's worth off of the back of a soup spoon. Fingers crossed for a full recovery and many thanks for all the hugs and get well wishes you all sent him.  I did tell him you all were thinking of him.

I'd better knit him a scarf now as it's cold out there, especially if you have a naked neck!     *wonders if she might be turning into a crazy cat lady* 

There must be a throat bug doing the rounds which affects people as well as cats. Hope you feel better soon, gfb and Bookie! x

(((Cake))) Seems like the kind of urge that shouldn't be ignored.

(((small)))  Yay for Tinca's good results and the slight improvement in eating.    I don't suppose Tinca has found his Barry White voice?  On that note, it might be good to take down the name of that medicinal fish paste, just in case Bookie and Gfb need some sending out.

Mrs P has been surreptitiously feeding the kitten. Wait till it eats Fat Robin. Tears before bedtime... 

It was shaved for his blood test. It does look odd, his skin is the same colour as his fur. 

I hope you are making the most of the unforeseen restful day?

Our (previous) kitty had to be shaved for an operation...it was weird to see her skin the same colour as her fur had been!

 It's alright! right I've just had a bad day at work conpleate with be stupidly late due to some crazy fool braking down on the tran track's. So home kiss sarah and get up to some geeking. I need wine and pringles! 

One of my cats loved gravy (she licked the gravy off the cat food and left the chunks), so when she had trouble eating we used to give her some of that.  A way of getting a bit of nutrition inside her without her being in pain when swallowing. Homemade gravy is better than a shop bought one because it has less salt in it.  Cats shouldn't be given too much salt.

I'm still tired.  Don't seem to be able to shift it whatever I do.  It's taking the energy out of my bounciness
