evening loves... nearly got hit off my bike today had to swerve and ended up on my ar*e in the road....very scary....the bloke just sort of looked at me and drove off!.i did wish him all the best and gave him a cheery wave on his way though (if you know what i mean!!)

aside from that, the house is finished and everythings back to normal!...

I'm thinking about turning up at my tri club AGM later this week.  Its in the sports centre where they do swimming sessions.  I've been meaning to get down there for weeks but its in a part of town that I don't know and I'm scared
