I hope you get it back Frodo. I have lost some weight too gfb mainly due to mrs P's drink embargo, though I have been allowed a drink tonight

Is Mini2 ok now KJ?

He's a bit tired and emotional still thanks MrP, fast asleep cuddles again, I have a dead arm.

Wine is chilling in the freezer due to an oversight!
I nearly online shopped yesterday but was thwarted by the thing being out of stock, today I'm loving using the word thwarted.

Oh no, GFB how awful

30/03/2013 at 20:00

Poor MrGFB's dad, hope he's feeling ok.

Poor fella, hope he feels better soon, not good.

(((gfb))) I feel for you all, that stuff can be so distressing.

Sorry to hear that GFB.

Quiet around here isn't it? The trouble with wheelie bins is that it makes banging dustbin lids together really tricky.

Good Morning!

I'm a wheelie bin thief.  Please don't judge me

((((((mundanies)))))) just because you're all lovely

It's ok Caz, we all understand the urge, , you've been under a lot of stress recently. Was it a very nice wheelie bin?

Sorry to hear about GFBsnr. It's why D's mother is in a home.

Well, I've been up for an hr and not moved. I should be doing things today not sitting on my bum. The sun made a valient effort earlier but I fear that that is all I shall see of it today.

The long term forecast no longer says it's going to get a little less cold, it now says it's going to be this cold for the next 2 weeks.

I'd love some sunny warm weather.

The bins were covered in snow and icce when I brought mine back in last time.  I mistook the 5 for a 3 and brought the wrong bin home.  I discovered my mistake when the bin owner kindly blocked my gate with my bin and had to coyly swap them over

Today I have cleared out some old paperwork and had a good cry

I have runned and a reasonably good run it was too. 11 miles, 1,100 ft ascent in 1:45 (plus a few mins for a potty stop and time to enjoy the views, I really should take my camera). Anyway, it's better than I'd hoped.

I have tea and I want a bath.

I think that's more taking in a foundling than actual stealing SC.

Great effort there, Mrs H - and really impressed you take a potty with you on your runs!

Did get out to attempt a run this morning but couldn't manage it.  Not the best of times to try so I'm not too despondent.

I've missed a few days here but I've had a quick skim - Mouse, I am hating long runs too - as soon as I have a mara to prepare for I can't bear to run beyond 10 miles. Hope today's run cheered you up.

I have a very specific CNBA problem between 2 and 4 miles - like you, I almost hate running in that phase, and my head gets full of the virtues of being fat and lazy.

Er, I'm not sure we want you to take your camera for the potty stop!!!

I HAZ SMARTPHONE! Yet another usb cable bulldog clipped to the edge of my desk. It is a Windows 8 phone which everybody else hates but I love it. Except you can't actually use a smartphone for actual work, can you? Even one with proper Office on it. It is fun but
