Why did I name my doll Hamble? She looks evil.

Good effort on the bin DS. We were having an exciting bin related discussion at playgroup today, someone wanted to know if polystyrene could go in the recycling bin as it was plastic. The group decision was that it couldn't.

Booked a early summer holiday yesterday, Mini2's first trip to the seaside.

It's been snowing all morning but hasn't stuck much.

We had a slight settling of hail stones... really not the same at all.

Ooh, where're you all off too KJ?

Woohoo to the seaside.

Have just taken 6 bags of clothes to the charity shop. 1 bag of polo shirts and D doesn't even wear polo shirts.

I didn't like to say anything yesterday cos you'd named your doll Hamble, but THE Hamble used to terrify me when I was little. I much preferred Jemima

Jemima was my favourite, and I liked the round window.  It always had exciting things behind it

Sorry, this is not at all Mundane, and I don't want to frighten people but...

I'VE GOT MY CHANNEL REGISTRATION FORMS THROUGH

That's one step closer to actually being there.  I'm so excited!!!!!!!!

Great news Caz!

In other news, I hate supermarkets.

Woohoo Caz!!!

I never watched Playschool... I didn't know what a Hamble was... I've heard of the round window though

People at work have been talking about me. I seem to be changing job roles at some point. No one has informed me of this...

What's up with supermarkets?

It would be more than my job's worth!

 *ponders*

I had mushrooms filled with smoked ham and stilton. They were fantabulous

15/01/2013 at 22:43
We had lentil soup.

I could murder a chilli and some cold beer.
I'm on the last ten pages of my book I should have carried on last night I was lost in it but now I am outside looking in as it were

Great news Caz!

Mr P, not sure what's up, but you sound like you're in need of a hug. ((Mr P))

Sausage and butterbeans for us last night... "cook 'em, hull 'em, put 'em on the steam, that's how we fix butterbeans. Butterbean, butterbean!"

Funny that - there was a man on the radio yesterday bemoaning about the fact that no one ate butter beans any more!!  (we used to get them for lunch in primary school - we thought they were punishing us lol!! - I quite lie butter beans now!!)

Dins last night for us was steak, roasted tomatoes and asparagus, sauteed mushrooms and a blue cheese (CHEESE) dressing - it was scrum-diddly-dumptious!!

Oh and we watched Extremely Loud And Incredibly Close - which was amazing - watch it if you get a chance

Afternoon all - just back from the docs...BP still high (176/96) so he's going to do a bunch of tests..downside is he says no running for at least a week (I think he might have said two) - so that looks that that might scupper VLM...anyone know the process of deferring?
