I didn't know we had the option of a stunt double! Can I have Daniel Craig please? I'm led to believe he does his own stunts

Ditch the non-GF bars Caz, it's not worth feeling rough for the sake of eating them (((hugs))) Where is it you're going? You might be able to request GF foods.

If I've ever given anyone one here dietary advice, would you be willing to write a short testimonial for me and let me use your name (first name only if preferred) on my shiny new website please? Sports nutrition or general, both would be good Please and thank you

Ooh! X-post! *waves to the newest Merry Mundaney*

They are all gone now Bookie.

I'm visiting a small company to audit them.  They have offered to put on a buffet but confirmed today that their caterers cannot guarentee GF food, so I will take my own.

I'm more concerned about breakfast and dinner as it involves an overnight stay.  i'm also going with a colleague that I don't know very well so I have no idea how considerate he will be to my dietry requirements when it comes to catering.  I will pack lots of snack food just in case.

Chips are.often cooked in the same fat as onion rings. The chips might be GF but can pick up traces of gluten.

I think I'm ok with small traces at the moment by 'eck.  I'm not completely GF as I'm still using up cupboard stock and not everything sets me off.  I seem to be ok with sausages still, but once the stock have gone I'll only be buying GF.

Who has dropped out of Legends Caz? I've lost track of who is coming...

Evening Legendary nutters

Mad day.  Snow was very scary, so I braved the 2.5 mile drive to the station at 6.30am, got the train, ran 2.5 miles from the Cambridge station to work courtesy of spikes and many, many layers to find that the rest of them had arrived on time in their warm little cars thanks to tin pot little local journeys along main roads.

Brownie points total for getting there expected:  9583045830587928347293487

Brownie points total for getting there received:  0

MrKJ is on a plane to Milan, after making me issue an amendment yesterday to my post, his flight to Turin was cancelled so he's flying to Milan afterall. It's like I predicted it! If only I could predict the lottery numbers with such accuracy.....

Zero brownies points was harsh, Hash.  Although personally I would only have given you 9583045830587928347293486.  You were being just a bit greedy.

Morning all - it's cold but sunny and really pretty here today - no snow although the main news on the local radio show is about the bad roads all over the rest of Norn Iron! - we seem to have gotten off lightly.

+1 more brownie point for hash to make up the total again

*passes Hash real brownies because they're better than points*
Bit of a scary moment in the car this morning, but I made it into work eventually. I could do with a lay down though! My heart was pounding!

Take care on the roads everyone! I hate driving in the snow and ice ... I think you all deserve brownie points for getting to work! I have to drive to the physio later, not worried about the main roads, but he is a bit out in the sticks and I ama bit concerned about what the roads will be like out there ...

Snow melting here. Tis a few degrees above freezing out there. Have been playing with the cat, she like outside but I brought her back in again to stop her from freezing. I'll let her out again though, although she can use the catflap if she really wants, silly girl.

I'm trying to report a gas leak here, except the emergency number doesn't work, it's outside not in, even so, I'd like to get it sorted. I can smell gas in our hall but that's it and that's only because the air from outside creeps into the hall, something to do with the big gap at the bottom of the door.
Pain in the ass regardless. Have'nt been for my run yet, only wanted to do a mile.

Morning all. Lumpy rain here today and bloomin' cold too.

Ooh, if there's 9583045830587928347293487 brownies going can I have one, please?

Cool whose playing have to admit I am now conpleately confused as to whose coming and going. With a big day on the friday and also all this snow keep's distracting me.

In mundane news I've been on the phone to the DVLA for 10 minutes pressing lots of buttons for options only to ask a simple question and be told yes. This amused me.

22/01/2013 at 15:43

Mouse, not to worry, there is no gas leak. It's the fault of the French.

"It is an unpleasant odour which may cause some people to feel slightly nauseous but it will dispel naturally."

Probably some garlic munching competiton going on over there.

Cake - I saw your post re. the 10K in Dorset - it would be a long way for me to travel for a 10K.

So, I reckon I'll be finished by about 7.15 this evening. Anyone else fancy 6 miles in the dark on icy pavements with trail shoes and a head torch? Ah go on!
