Good luck Bear!
Mr Puffy, what's up?
Solb, go for it if you can! I'm in awe of people who do tri - swimming and cycling are not my things at all, but I bet it feels amazing to become such an all-rounder
I am currently waiting for a file to download, but I want to go to bed, and wish it would hurry up. Counting down to recycling-bin-emptying-day on Thursday...
Wassup Mr. P. Did your paper bags get wet?
Good luck for Fri Bear.
I am trying to work out if it's a good idea to spend £360 on a new watch.
I have an interview tomorrow, not really bothered about it. D has hosp app on Thurs, hope that goes well for him.
I don't like the idea of cycling in a big group, track running is bad enough when you all get bunched up. I've heard of some horrid antics in sea swims as well.
We need our bin emptied, it's full up and there's more rubbish waiting to go in. Don't know why but must've been on a rubbish drive.
My keyboard keeps randomly stop working.
I assume it's a sports watch Mousey? Or is it one of these wrist mounted binnacles that are popular these days?
Sorts watch Mr. P. it would save me wearing 2 watches when I run.
I treated myself, afterall D just bought himself a very tasty new watch.
you can't see but it's wafer thin.
Ooh watch porn. I much prefer analogue watches to digital faces, but haven't had one for ages.
Good morning mundanies.
(((Bear))) Best of luck with the interview.
My bin is empty, my cheese stocks good, my sleep fairy is rubbish - oh well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
Watch porn Very nice, Mousey
Oo, that is an extremely lovely watch!
Dawn Shadow, my sleep fairy was elusive last night too. Maybe they had a meeting elsewhere.
I read through the last few replies from the end, and read all the 'watch porn' comments as orders to go and watch some porn. It made my inner 12-year-old boy snigger.
Bin day tomorrow.
I have a pile of old fence to use as firewood to collect from the in-laws today. I have no idea where I'm going to put it, as the garage is rammed, and we don't really need to burn it at the moment.
Morning all - we slept in this morning to 8.05 (our shift at the hospital is from tea time to midnight - then the drive home so we're having some pretty late nights)
My /? key is hanging off on my keyboard and sometimes my a gets stuck.
I knew that was MrP's game face... I'll add another one for Bear
I don't wear a watch...except I borrow my sister's really, really pretty ones for weddings and things...it doesn't work but it's pretty.
MrGFB and I were bemoaning that we haven't been on a long race for ages (really ages!!) and we need to book some races. Must have a week looky loo on the t'interweb later.
Mornings. Good luck for Friday, Bear!
I like it when Big comes home with wood. He finds free stuff all over the place.
I put a couple of my green chillies in a chicken curry last night. Wowzers, they were firey! But in a good way.

Saffy if you want in on a outlaw relay speed won't be a issue. I've been on a bike 3 times all year so might not be the fastest around. I think it's a good idea but would be an expensive half marafun. Yeah go on then, count me in for the run I rather fancy running down that finish chute Er...it is deffo a HALF we're doing, not a full isn't it? And I can't believe I'm asking Cake this...but how flat/hilly is the course?

Outlaw Half, Mundane will have to wait until next year I phoned and all of the spaces have gone.
Although they did suggest this which intrigues me. It's basically a triathlon where you get a rest in between the disciplines. Four people, one does the swim, tags the next, and so on. Then when no. 4 has done the swim, no. 1 can go off on the bike. And it's a completely closed course. Might be tight for space though.
The other one looks interesting. I'd be up for it. Sounds like complete chaos in the making
It does, doesn't it? Nice short distances though
We need a team of four... one spot left up for grabs! Roll up, roll up!
I forgot to say - good luck Bear! Another game face
Nice watch Mousey, very good choice.
With the current weather, you might be glad of that extra firewood Madbee - it's a bit autumnal/wintry outside!
Am I likely to need a wetsuit?
Erm... yes... But it's a short swim!
... and the good thing about the swim is unlike running, if Cake tells you it's flat, he's probably telling the truth.

Thanks peeps - the job is slightly scaring me but could be absolutely excellent
