Same here, Saffy.  I'm a one person band - urgling stomach and wheezy chest.

I finally came up with a way of desccribing how my stomach feels when I've been eating gluten.  Words like nausea, gurgly, bloated and spasms aren't quite right.  But this explanation came to me when I was attempting to sleep last night.

The contents of my upper gut (not my stomach) feel like they are simmering gently with the occassional bubble breaking the surface.  Sometimes the simmering is closer to a boil.

I used to live in Lincoln, many, many years ago in a pub called the Bull and Chain.

The Bull and Chain is no more.  Closed a couple of years ago.

Really bad timing with the fridge there, Hash.  Definitely give the coleslaw a miss.

Back in the present, it is bin day for Skippy and I'm already in the mood for cheese.

Good Mooning all

All quiet here...I bought a new book - The Hairy Dieters recipe book...some really nice recipes in it.  I got it cheap in one of those discount book stores

Not that I think you need to diet, gfb but I thought you'd be more of a furry dieter than a hairy one.

I have been into two haircutter shops today looking around and getting price lists. They were both nice but both rather expensive!

Good morningtide!

looks like backwards Zorro.

This past week has been absolutely manic, with lots of rushing about here, there and everywhere. I'm officially exhausted *flump*

I put the bin out this morning, but alas I fear it was after the bin men had been round...

If Bradley Wiggins was just a little bit fitter he would be even better than he is now.  At Cycling.

If I weeded the garden it would look tidier.

If I bought a Chinese lampshade on ebay soon I would have a Chinese lampshade.

Just got back from the hopitol. Don't want to tell you what we came home with. Needless to say, all the men can wince and the women giggle.

You're not old, you're mature like a vintage cheese

Does Cake have mould growing on him?

Probably and he's getting rather smelly as well. I prefer to think of my self as a vintage wine. (I may be somewhat deluded).

What a Mundane day!  My work colleagues spent a whole coffee break talking about bins!  I was beginning to think that they were not too bad, but then they continued with their rude behaviour after lunch

I made a spelling mistake at work today when I typed 'St Hugh's' as 'St Hug's' then thought there really should be a patron saint of hugs - and I've found that there is:
