I've just had a patient muttering at me. Nice.

I'm slow of the mark, but Springwatch in 15mins. No beaver this series, but some great tits.

Sunshine? Must be a miracle! I didn't see any sadly.

MrKJ has landed and is en route home, yay!

JT - this is true.  On Tuesday's 'Springwatch', I'm sure Michaela Strachan announced - quite oblivious to the double entendre - "I've got great tits".  Actually I think it was in the singular but I genuinely misheard it.

Was keen to join the running club run tonight which was out at one of villages.  Misjudged the distance to get there and got there just as they ran off.  Last chance of a run before the 10k gone and an hours drive for nothing.

Never mind LR. To cheer you, just announced next week on Springwatch - shags.

Good Morning. The sun is easing it's weary way skyward. Forecast is promising to be a bright and beautiful day. The clouds cearly have other thoughts.

I really need to go for a run today. I have 2 new pairs of shoes, one I'm not so sure about. They are the same size as the others, same make but not the same fit and the lacing is a bit different. All in all I'm not too sure if they are not half a size too big. I could send them back for a replacement or try a different model with a diferent lacing system. All pain in the butt. trial and error with shoes can get expensive.

I really cba'd to do anything, maybe I'll feel better after a nice pot of tea.

The sun is shining, the bins are empty, my parents are here ( ) and Mr Mad is in bed with a migraine.  I fear total waste of day on the cards...

I've just stolen some milk

In my defence, it was necessary.

The air conditioning in this clinic is set to ice-age and I was at risk of hypothermia, for which I prescribed tea. And tea without milk is like a Mundanie without cheese.

I like that similie

I remember Bill Oddie saying "and now we're going to look at Kate's tits"

My word for today is "tergiversate"

So specifically that mean that tea without milk is like SOLB.

That Springwatch lot are such a dirty minded bunch, unlike JT, Bear and myself who are all clean and wholesome and shocked by the whole sordid business!
