Good evening, back home after holiday, puffy junior has managed to put the bins out twice while we were away.

Morning all. Up early. Big H woke at 6.30 with a poopy nappy

plus there was a dog barking insesantly till 2.00am. We phoned the police!! Turns out a neighbour had gone away and left some dogs indoors and one outside. The one outside had water and food. But I'm telling wasn't happy!!  (Nor were we!!)

I need to go food shopping but I don't want to.

Hi Mr P *waves*

jacs, I know exactly how you feel. Hate having to get myself out to do food shopping.  Don't really mind it when I get there, but the thought is always horrible.

I am having a bit of a crisis.  The wind blew a glass thing into the brand new bath, and it smashed and made a hole in the top coating of the bath. Husband is away, and will go mental when he finds out.  Wondering how I can fix it...

Can't help on tht one Madbee

My laptop has packed up so I'm back on the old wind up PC.  It appears to not be able to display w's properly although all other letters are ok.

Madbee replaces the bath at huge Madbee comes home and asks what happened to the bath...Madbee adopts innocent face and asks what means the love of her life with this odd Madbee says "well there was a big chip in the top coating when I left"...
28/07/2013 at 17:59

What sort of bath is it Madbee?

I hate food shopping but I don't have a home help to do it for me anymore.

Hence - no food.

Lol, Mr P, thank you, that made me grin!  Was definitely not there when he left, but entertaining idea.  It's a fibreglass bath Mousey, I am thinking my best option is to phone the company who fitted it and beg them for help in the morning!

Apologies, this is not sufficiently mundane, I don't think.

*Offers mousey some food and a hug*

Actually, lightbulb moment.  Maybe I can fill the hole with cheese?

28/07/2013 at 18:40

Or cover it up with a bin?

Two sticking plasters applied crosswise a la Bash st Kids.

I think Mini's just had a nightmare.

28/07/2013 at 22:31
Poor Mini. our elder son was prone to what they used to call night terrors when he was little, as he grew up and became able to articulate what he'd dreamt it happened less and less. Must be upsetting for you.

Re the food shopping I love it, but only in the one supermarket I go to, or when they have a pompous food market outside the town hall.

I had some very strange nightmares last night snakes where involved.

Heavens you lot have been gassing today.

I am planning a sprint tri next year Madbee but only one with a pool swim, I'm totally in awe of Caz because I can't imagine ever swimming without knowing what's beneath me and it being fairly close!

Getting to the end of MrKJ's week off, it's been a lovely week, next week's going to be a shocker for Mini as she's loved having him about.

 cool which one?

29/07/2013 at 08:38

Tipex for the bath maybe?

29/07/2013 at 09:18

I love food shopping. I'd happily do it for a job

I hated working in a supermarket though!

Some sort of resin filler for the bath? I'm assuming such a thing exists...

My sister is having surgery today *wibble*

KJ and Mr P - Jenn had the night terrors too and they were spectacular and frightening!  The worst one was in the middle of a 5 hour night time flight when she woke up with the screaming abb dabbs!!  I thought they were going to arrest us!

Morning all - Chic last night were flipping amazing!!  We had so much fun (5.30 the grandkids had just left and I was lying in bed in a semi coma telling MrGFB I wasn't going...he made me get up and get ready and I'm really glad he did)  Probably one of the best gigs I've been to
