SC, Mr Steady made a comment  "how come you are not doing it or will you want to do it next year". I answered that I did not know it was happening but may be interested in doing it, especially if I get the endurance back training for an IM swim, with the usual statement in a wetsuit.

I can't understand how my pic can be there when I post from the PC but not when I post from the ipad, it's the same account.

Still, on mundane matters I am drinking peppermint tea

Yeah, that is weird.

I am about to have a de-caf coffee and do my stretches given by the physio.

snap I have physio exercises to do before bed!

B I am getting a bit fed up with the glitches too so I joined the FB group. I love the forum, but it has been frustrating lately

My ear is itchy. I think I've got some water in it.
In claims to fame I once worked with someone who lived next door to the grandmother of Guru Josh. And I've also stepped on Daniella Westbrook's foot at Victoria Station. She called me a very rude word.

That's brilliant JT! Gave me a good chuckle (though not about the itchy ear)

Morning all *hands out coffees*

Did you know that a group of hashers appear on an episode of Rosie and Jim?

I bet the audience found some of the songs educational

Today's excitement is a new fridge which is about to be delivered.  Sorry about the sudden burst of adrenaline you've all felt and you can all have a lie down now.

Ooh, I could do with a new fridge. What time can I expect it?

I can't log in to the database at work.. This makes working quite difficult. Hence being on here... Clinic this afternoon is going to be interesting!

That could backfire what if the bin spotted someone like Meldy and started advertising S&M gimp mask's?

Mad well done on the 20 miler

Dawn spotted message and replied.

Err who's Daniella Westbrook

09/08/2013 at 12:26

(((Mad))) Great running, well done.

(((Bear))) Don't believe the Davros stuff, it's bins like those that spawned the Dalek race.

(((Cake))) Cheers mate, read the reply, I hope you guys are healing okay.

Well done Mad!

Isn't Daniella Westbrook that actress whose nose disintegrated through drug use?

CJ, if you want to get into Brownsea then you need to be following their FB page as it sells out within a week.  FB will keep you up to date on when entries are open.  Its one of my favourite swims and I'd like to do it again, if I even feel the desire to get back in the water
