I have finished work for the week. At last. Its been a killer week and much as I enjoyed rising to the challenge of achieving the impossible (and I very nearly did it too!) it has left me exhausted.Quiet weekend for me. Only a 2 hour run and a 50 mile bike ride
Enjoy the run and bike ride SC.
I saw a vehicle with the new latest number plate, 14. I was cycling through a posh town and surprisingly the vehicle was not posh at all - a massive tractor. I blame my ability to spot such things down to knowing my husband (petrolhead) for so long.

No, the mice have got all of those decorating their windmills. Enjoy the bike ride SC and the run!
Wow it was quiet in here over the weekend. How is everyone? Where you all out enjoying the sunshine. I know I was.
Need to get back on track this week, it's not happening yet, my motivation hasn't returned with the sun but I can't afford to mope, need to get outside.
I think all my daffs are out now and the tulips are looking strong, my primroses have been out for quite a while.
Well that thump was the postman, I wonder what he has bought me? More junk mail ?
Morning all - I've been away and now I'm back... Anything earth shattering happen when I was away?
The weather in Lanza was mediocre...very blowy (gales!!) and not that warm but at least we got a break
I have returned with The Man Flu or something (only because my beautiful grandchildren are disease ridden...has anyone ever heard of slapped cheek syndrome?? It's a first one on me....anyway they had it and now I've got something...all achy and snuffly and coughy...my hair hurts!!) Ah well!
I'm putting on a kettle if anyone wants a cuppa
Slapped cheek syndrome is actually quite common! There can be a couple of weeks delay in symptom onset, so you might have it too GFB. The rash is less common in adults though *sprays TCP on the furball*
Did the postman bring anything exciting Mouse?
This weekend has been exhausting. I need to curl up in a ball and hibernate somewhere. Preferably with a good book and an endless cup of tea.
Curl up in the sunshine in the garden Bookie, good place is against the wall where it is really toasty.
Postman brought a plant catalogue which is nice.
I'd love a cuppa GFB. I have sleeping sickness, I'm so very tired as well.
Postman today brought me the sports drinks that I was supposed to get last week for the bike ride yesterday
I have been in a 90 min meeting where at least 30 min of it consisted of two alpha males shouting at each other. I honestly thought it was going to get physical.
I'm tired physically and mentally and just want to collapse with a bottle of wine this evening
Me to errr sarah sent me some links from yesterday's bike ride earlier and finally had the time to take a look. I've just been mucking about to see what other photo's are on there and found one of someone's foot sticking out on the floor after they fineshed and fell off the bike. In case the someone is interested.
Yes Cake. That someone has seen the photo on Facebook. That someone has a habit of falling off bikes but nobody believes her
Mrs Puffy has come home from work with a black eye after falling over .
