Seems quite similar so far, must investigate...
You can hover your cursor over someone's avatar and it gives you some stats, plus IM & ignore member function!
Is this just so things will work in Chrome?

I can see "message" and "ignore" next to it... but for some folk no stats, probably depends on their privacy settings.
