after the demise of my ironing (see various threads) I have felt shame everytime I saw my iron icon. Hence have swapped to phot of me looking knackered after my recent 5 miler. I felt worse than I look.

Thanks for he confirmation NN. I was. Probably the fastest I had run for 5-6 years, so hardly surprising, but finished in top half of a mainly Club membership field, and got PB, so cannot complain.

My 3.5 yr old son ate my banana after race...
