Have suggested (by popular demand) a run in Sutton Park on Sunday 1st May. We would meet at 10:00 at visitors centre by Town Gate. All paces welcome (6mim/miling - 11min/miling (the 6 is a JOKE)) ;-) Please add name below if you would like to partake :-)

However, Juicer is away that weekend so we are also doing one the following Sunday (8th May). Add name if you would like to join that one too.

Oh, I was going to add my name to the list, but I'm sorted.

How far will you be running? Need to do a long 13 mile run that day (per training plan!!) and will be over in Wolverhampton anyway so quite fancy it.

Sutton Park is around 7.5 miles all around the perimeter and then there are countless routes within it.

This means we could probably account for pretty much anyone's mileage goals.

13 miles will prob be fine for me and Caz and you SS (and anyone else who fancies that far). But others who fancy shorter could just drop out en-route as we do laps!

Anyone who wants to run further might find themselves on their own!!

I'll be running from 10:00 - 12:00 so hopefully at least 13-16 depending on pace/paces

Ooh cross posting!!

As Juicer says, different paces and distances so we'll take it as it comes, but laps and the variety of routes we know can allow people to stop as and when they need. Will defo be doing at least your milage though so come along. :-)

too fast for me
:(
21/04/2005 at 14:24
Where are all the others who were interested. So far it's not radically different from our 'usual' Sunday runs!?!?
21/04/2005 at 14:26
Yeh, so far the only difference is me and Mudlark are up a mountain on the 1st! And ShropsSaddler is coming along instead.

Just wait til they have their afternoon tea break.....

Definitely count me in for both. Although I'll be looking at a very long run of 18-20 miles on 8th. But that's OK as I'll start from home at about 8.30.
