I don't think that this is a good thread for advertising a social. I imagine that new people will be put off from joining in.
Something like 'RW Social Restaurant Evening <insert month/year> - All Welcome', or something like that, could be better.
It's a balance though - you can't have everyone turning up to a restaurant, like you can with the Doggetts social. But on the other hand, it's nice to have a bit of a turnover (especially like now, when we struggle to get anyone out).
Of course, it requires someone to start it up! I would (and perhaps should) volunteer, but it's probably best left to someone who is better known in RW forum circles.
