Last day well done everyone I am planning a big continued reductiong in my alcohol intake its too many empty calories
Pay day to day and supposidly men coming to look at my boiler so I can hav eheating soon - first tow haven't turne dup yet although the second is only 15 mins late
Have heating and hot water for the first time in six months - woohoo happy maddy

The beans are on, the campfire is warm and inviting and the cushions are plumped up and comfortable.
I think the lady to the right of me at Pilates last night must have been at the beans. I had to stifle a snigger a couple of times when she parped rather loudly
One night of alcohol a week for me in February. I'm afraid with social commitments it might all go to a ball of fluff in March & April
Why is it that pilates and yoga classes always seem to have someone like that there?! Still I'm always happy that it's not me doing something like that!
I have spun not drank - off to bed - saturday over time starrts very early
I find too many dried apricots are much windier than baked beans
