On The Wagon For January

undecided - not continous anyway got to teh end of feb had a few last month realised I still have a tendancy to down the whole 4 pack so debating knockingit on the head again this month - nothing since last Sunday

I've lapsed back into drinking 6 nights a week.  

Might have to get back on board for the abstinence destination. 

We drink wine with our weekend dinner, other than that I'm still on the wagon during weekdays!

Well done Wolfy. Going to try and stay off the booze for the rest of this month. 

I still haven't touch alcohol since 28th December 2012. I am meaning to stay like this for good. It seems to be easier to think this is for good rather than for a while. But then again, most of the things I do in life are in all or nothing basis. It's not always easy but with certain things, it is very useful.

I feel better. I feel healthier and the longer I go, the more I feel I've made the right choice.

it was a major problem for me.

You've done so well staying off for 10 years!! Do you ever feel tempted?

My aim is to stay off for good. So far it has been easy. Choice has been made so no reason to second guess it. Every now and again I miss a pint of beer with a meal. But at home I just drink becks blue when I fancy a taste

The reason being, years ago when I was into Pagan Earth magic

I cast a spell upon myself  which stopped me from drinking. 

Now all these years later i can't remember the wording of the spell 

so i can't undo it even if i wanted to.

But it's only for OLAAT

 (One life at a time.) 

Maybe i'll go on the booze again in another life.
