Hi Scotty

You must be talking about Oldbones picture. Shattered Shins found the sight with animated images and then JasonL somehow edited so that the RW site would accept it. I think it only has two pictures in the file.

Anyway I'd like to know as well so one for Jason L

I was looking at the profiles on the RWFRC site the other day. It appears you and I have very similar half times. Are you doing Windsor?

I'm doing the Loch Ness Marathon on 29th Sept (my first marathon). Would have liked to have done Windsor Half. Maybe next year. I think my next Half will be Maidstone on 22nd Sept and then Barns Green on 27th October.

I still can't find a decent one of me to use don't suppose you've got one of a slice of battenburg that would sum me up: gaudy, artificial, but quite sweet, also it's my favourite cake.

I've been lurking - I'm not good with change. Nice graphic yourself!
I'm still down for Vyrnwy but ahem haven't yet entered. Closing date in few days I know, I'm just being a bit untogether about it all. Need a kick up the badger butt! Yes its what I'm doing that w/e but tho I've upped the training a bit I haven't run more than 7 miles since May. Oops. Too much else to do in summertime. I'll let you know this w/e after we attempt a 10 miler. Are you and Shattered still up for it. Fatface too I hope.
