Went for a run around Pitsford Reservoir yesterday.

I've never eaten so many flies in one sitting before, there were loads of the foul-tasting b******s.

I used to train around Pitsford (now back where I belong in the North), but I seem to remember the flies were always terrible in April-May time, but got better as the summer progressed.

We went to Flamborough yesterday for a walk to Bridlington, and back (still injured so can't run) and we were covered in the little black b******s.

I was looking forward to the hotter weather but I'm not so sure now. Are they classed as carbs???

I think they only 'come in black' so I think not!! a bit like my LBD.
