It's now called Runner's World, but am I right in thinking it used to be Runners' World?

I'm sure I read something to the effect that it's Runner's World because they're talking to each of us individually, therefore they chose single possessive to indicate "we" are the runner whose world they are interested in.

Of course I may have dreamt that!
