I would humbly suggest the Friday so people can come along after work. Even from the south west London suburbs there's a high chance of me suffering cba on a Saturday.

I second that.  I don't do London on weekends.

Same here actualy as I work in London but live miles outside. OK Friday it will be 14th Dec any good

I don't think I can make that Friday.  Very disappointed   Would rather be there than at the Christmas do I've already paid to go to

Due to it being a Friday I would be getting into London with about enough time to turn right round and head back to Paddington for the last train home.

For that reason, I am out

or you could start early and go home earlyish schmunks

Can't start earlier as I wouldn't be able to leave work til 5

Never thought of Coach (funnily enough )

Had debated about going back to MK, but then that makes a return to my home town difficult on the Saturday (2 hour train journey with two changes)

Will have a look into getting a coach back.  I could have a snooze

I can't do Fridays

That's a shame Happy Chap, but the consensus of people who can make would rather it be a Friday. As they say "you can't please all the people all the time" I am open to both  but a Friday would be easier for me.
