Ho Ho Ho ... time to get your hands in his sack
So the answer "is there a RW SS this year" is no, If I said "is there a SS for people who may be on RW or have been on RW but not anymore and being run on FB instead" then the answer is yes.
I must learn to phrase my questions better.
I am equally miffed that i missed Beebs post in April about moving it to FB, This may have been as i was thinking more about easter eggs then cheeky little gifts.
Stand the troops down.

From where I'm sitting, the decision to NOT do it on here and do a SS on our FB page was popular because the vast majority of folk IN that FB group don't post anymore on here and felt more comfortable buying presents for each other. The FB group is a lovely place. It's somewhere we CHOOSE to hang out, chat and rant, Goldie put a lovely picture of his fine arse on there and we all drooled. There are no rules about the C word and its incredibly friendly, good natured and relaxed. Those who wish to join the group need to put a request in which will be accepted providing that you haven't blocked any of the members of the group, which is just plain spiteful unless you can prove they've stalked you or eaten one of your offspring. And if Runners world took their heads out of their arses for even five minutes they would realise that over 100 of their best forumites are camped elsewhere having a nice time together NOT promoting their site
Well said mate!
Bag of chips and a battered sav do the trick
Ok, I forgot that I quoted Dave, it was about food which illicit an automatic quotation...
However, the new RW Towers have told me that they want to get involved more with us... I'm vaguely hopeful *shrug*.
You need to get a job
Maybe Liverbirds personal chef?
Now there's a thought
Just doing twice baked goats cheese soufflés for this evening
