If people want an example of how a tri-suit shouldn't look then I'm happy(ish) to cut myself in half trying to zip mine up.

Has anyone seen Cake and Richie in the same room yet?

Len - yep Dublin Marathon a week on Monday.

Cake - put me down for 23rd! Let me know what you have in mind mate. I don't know about my legs i think they just needed a rest. I was thinking when i've recovered from HM i might try running on a nightly basis but not as far maybe 4mile and then slowly increase the milage and pace??? Thing is i want to run more often but legs ache then hurt if i do

My grandad was a master baker and I used to be a desert chef. Trust me I know how to cook.

I can vouch for that- I've seen your frozen pizza and oven chips- very impressive

I'd have been up for some swim tips but am busy on Monday evening- next time hopefully.

I wonder if there is going to be an identical message from someone else about Monday evening?

Am back from my bike ride & I survived.  Only did 8 miles for a tester & it took me 25 mins.  Will go further next time, god help my poor bits

Bex...what time Monday, as it's one of busiest days with one of the girls?

Cake - i should probably come to sheff and we can try to get some others onboard (something i struggle with ). I really don't want to ask this cos of how it sounds but what do you need doing to your hard tail?

We'll have to wait until he/she posts. It would be unfair for me to say anything else.

RB to me your a nice lad...online & face to face.  My past is 'interesting' too but it's better than being a wet blanket & up your own ( Y )

Oh dear.

Questions are being asked (in a very polite British way) about the validity of the first females finishing time from the Windgather on the FRA forums.  The information does suggest her age (v35) and marathon PB (3h32 and only 1 ran (recently at Brighton)) do suggest a rapid improvement for someone to nealrt win the Windgather against fast and experienced male fell runners.

Others are posting that they had her in site for much of the race, so who knows.

BB that seems like a pretty nifty time to do 8 miles in well done! I used to bike to work which was 5.5miles in about 15 mins and i would be fooked when i got there
14/10/2010 at 12:34
Didds - is there a suggestion of a cut corner somewhere along the line?
14/10/2010 at 12:39
And thanks BB i'm a proper nice lad haha! That statement has just sent you to the top of my female favourites lisT with Sheila being a close 2nd. Other thing i never pointed out is i don't struggle with women i do quite well so haven't ever found the need to force myself on them. In fact its getting rid of them that is the problem ha
