23/01/2013 at 22:33

am good ta kazzah

I seem to remember a vague gossip about 31 but I'm not sure it's real

I'm not so sure that age isn't really just a number. One of my work contacts is 83 and he's touring South America later this year. He will be doing some White Water rafting. His advice to me?... "try everything.. except drugs and incest"

I'm very open minded but I can think of a few other things I wouldn't try but hey ho, maybe that makes me prudish!!?

I take his point though. You only go round once. I might be 31 but if Kate Garraway phoned me and asked me out for a beer I would definately accept! .. I'm not actually expecting that. Just to clarify. I don't think it's her style and she never calls, she never writes. Damn you Kate.

Hi, married but willing to trade my wife to any of the single guys out there in return for a new pair of asics 2170,s or a tea towel. She's been through the bushes a few times but generally scrubs up well and although nags a bit I put that down to her being female( ouch). Anyway reply to this thread if interested and if not the asics what kind of tea towel your prepared to give, doesn't have to be expensive!!

Second thoughts I'll keep her, better the devil you know and I love her really!!!

She spoke very highly of you last time she asked me out for a beer, so maybe not all is lost, DB.

I love it too (in a sort of lurky way) but I'm not sure it's proving that romantic so far...

27/01/2013 at 18:07

I could post pictures of my boobs.  Would that help?

...with the romance levels? Dunno, but it couldn't hurt.

Well thats about as romantic as I get

27/01/2013 at 20:27

I think you might be my soulmate.

Speaking of which (romance and not boobs!) Valentine's day will rear it's ugly head in a couple of weeks. Is this a totally pointless waste of effort or is it just me being a miserable old sod?

I confess, I do like a bit of romance but surely I don't have to wait until 14/02 every year to do something romantic?!!

When I was "tweenager" my Mum used to send me a card. That's sad in so many ways!!!

I think she was under the impression it would somehow boost my inner confidence but actually it was quite the opposite, I thought of myself as a young man that only a mother could love!! hahaha!

I agree Valentines day is a complete load of tosh.

Make an effort to be romantic through the year, not on a arbitrary date with no meaning to it. If you need Valentines day to decide to do something romantic for your partner you're doing it wrong.
