Right, I'll tell you what, once we hit the next page, everyone places a date that they think the social should be held on, one forumite, one vote, and whichever date we have most votes for (regardless of posts wasted on waffle), we're damn well going with that. Otherwise, we're never going to do this.
Personally, I'm in favour of doing one as early as is feasible so we can get a second in later on in the Summer.
