Why don't we just email everyone about their up to date availability....

For example DoT just come back from a few days away from the forum...  and what about people like AL, Mrs Pig etc....  it's a much more efficient way of getting people's availability...

I know it might be democratic and the way the forum has always done it but I'm not travelling for miles to sit on Exmouth Beach with a bunch of strangers if its a date that none of my friends can make.  Sorry.

Go for it Nam.  If you have the time to contact them, but the thing is, I don't.  It's a big task, finding out the dates everyone can do, then finding the one that suits most.  I'm trying numerous different methods of selecting a date, and each one gets shot down in flames.

I think it may be easier to ask people when they are NOT available rather than when they ARE as hopefully it'll mean fewer dates, which we can then exclude and pick a date when most are available?
