An open question. Syrian Refugees want to come to Britain. They don't want to stay in France. What should happen next?

I think you'll find that a refugee is a successful asylum seeker.

A refugee, is someone displaced.  In some cases by local politics.  In some of those cases the reasons for that displacement is viewed as legitimate.  some of those can make a case for residency in the UK.  Fair enough.
