There now follows a public service announcement!

One of my colleagues is working on a new tv programme and he's looking for "moments of real-life sporting glory". Anything and everything welcome - mad dashes for the finish line in 10K, weary marathon staggers...

Here it is in his own words, there's an email address if you're interested:

CALLING ALL SPORTS FANS !

DVD, VHS, MPEG and even MOBILE PHONE FOOTAGE

Have you ever filmed yourself and a few mates playing a bit of sport?
Was it any good?
Did you hit it for six or run the length of the pitch and score a goal on camera?
Or catch a nice chest pass perhaps? If so, can we have it?
We'd like to put it on a new TV programme and will even pay you a bit of cash.

I know, Brooks :-P I'm just trying to help a colleague. I think he's using the word 'glory' in it's loosest sense! In which case, I think you undignified sprint to the pub after training would qualify, OOK! Don't suppose you have a Quicktime movie of it do you...
