I think it's all water loss as have been injured with shin splints. Am doing plenty of walking and think I might get out on my bike. I am trying to 'listen to my body' and cut out excessive eating. Still as flabby as ever... My clothes are comfortable again though, which is a bonus.
Will this be slowing my metabolism down? Will it be ok as I slowly pick the running back up?? Is my body just returning to 'set point' (if there is such a thing) after 6 months of excessive eating?!
