Well happy new year to all...I'm back after a lovely long Christmas break and a week in the sun eating out for lunch and dinner every day. Not only have a dented my bank balance but I've made a large deposit around my midrift!
So the aim is to loose 1 1/2 stone. Firstly I need to get rid of the extra 1/2 stone that I've gained in about 3 weeks (so I can comfortably wear my clothes) then to gradually loose some of this excess lard I've been carrying for too long.
So I intend to use this thread to PUBLICALLY track my weight.
Starting Week - Count's weight count = 13 1/2 stone (1 1/2 stone to loose).
