Well I line them up and you don't even knock them down? Huh

<flounce>

Ooh a flounce! excellent.

Nice running meldy!

I ran too, but with lots of walks, don't think I've ever done more than 15 without walk breaks! How bizarre, never thought about it before, but I've never not been injured when trying to run that far lol.

Easy swim tomorrow, then a friend's wedding, then have to decide whether to do the 57 or the 77 on Sunday. Worried they'll have run out of food at the finish if I do the 77.... and I've not got time to bake before heading down

Went to Lidl earlier to buy cycling shoes. Bought a tin of danish butter cookies and ate a significant amount. Oops.

do the 77 ditchy, it will be some big hours on the bike early in the season

reminds me i meant to go to lidl to get a car-charger

and that's what I was thinking too!

Arrrrgghhhh!

Looking at the profile, the worst climbs are at the start and finish - as in, they're on both the short course and the long course. The extra 20 miles apparently has an extra 300 ish metres of climb in total, so in some ways, if you're going to suffer through the biggies at the start and end, might as well do the marginally flatter middle bit?

Although that lump at 35 looks a bit vertical. Might walk that one!

You working tonight then Meldy?

Just popping in before bed.

I'm doing the 57, Ditchy, having biked no further than 30 miles recently I think this is going to be an 'experience' to say the least.  I've no idea how to read course profiles so don't know how terrified I should be of that graph.

Well done on your 11 miles Meldy and nice pacing.

I did hill reps with club tonight, no walking and I enjoyed them.  I think someone has drugged my water.
