What on earth was the other thread?
*cough* sub-3 thread *cough* I don't ever think I'll get that quick but it's interesting to compare and contrast the various different approaches.
Is *that* what happens if you achieve it or do you have to be capable of sub 3 to wear them?

It's wet and wintery in Wales, but I'm a happy Pirate coz it's hump day, another day closer to Friday when I don't have to drag myself into work! My early morning sessions have gone right out of the window since its been proper dayrk first thing, I'm hoping to get some regular swim/bike and run back into my life after Sunday. It's all been about the running for a while now. And yoga of course!I'm just going to enjoy one more week of lazing in bed until the absolute latest I can .
