I have a shiny new sprint tri PB, it's nice being done and dusted in less than an hour and a half.  I also bumped into this bloke in a car park and seem to have a new second hand turbo to play with. 

for those that missed the JW this year the buffs given out had all the names of people who had taken part in the relay or full ever.............really good but a cockup meant that they printed only half the names.,,..........someone is selling thers for £15 donation to mountain rescue as their name is on the missing side..just posting here because loads of you here have their names on it if anyone is interested..............

I have achieved a lot today and managed to shoehorn a 45 minute turbo into the mix as well

Ferret - not at all currently, the plan is to put them up somehow (despite the  2 brackets not being on the same bit of wall). it's only going to hold towels so it doesn't matter if it's not very secure

Towels can be a tad heavy  

Tomorrow is horse, swim, tip, gym, run and in that order .... !!

Debbo- undoubtedly a dodgy geezer- cash transaction and a bottle of summat to sweeten the deal.

I seem to have an application form for a swimming club- I wonder whether I will get round to filling it in.

I did it all bar the gym .. and chose 30 mins to run and the heavens opened for the duration and I was absolutely drenched, I have had some more chunky soup and some bread and a Belgian Bun and feel human  now

Energy levels are really low for some reason ?

what this really means is that i'm taking advantage of work paying my train fare into London and going to the Tate Modern at lunchtime (next door to the DR site), and meeting my friend after work for a drink
