no appointment necessary!
great run hope, hospital stuff sounds painful
seren - silverfish?
wrong face.shouldn't have been a sad face but a scared face,.....comitted to cleaning decluttering and painting now
I'm still awake... just. Going to do dinner for the gang and then go to bed. I'm too tired to eat.
Hope- ouch, I do hope Shannon is as pain free as possible.
Sounds like some top planning and running has been happening.
TMW- how is your shelf attached to the cupboard?
I have a shiny new sprint tri PB, it's nice being done and dusted in less than an hour and a half. I also bumped into this bloke in a car park and seem to have a new second hand turbo to play with.
for those that missed the JW this year the buffs given out had all the names of people who had taken part in the relay or full ever.............really good but a cockup meant that they printed only half the names.,,..........someone is selling thers for £15 donation to mountain rescue as their name is on the missing side..just posting here because loads of you here have their names on it if anyone is interested..............
FF..brilliant news on the PB...........
Hopwe...not so great news............hope you can get an early night...
FeFe - dodgy bloke was it?
Hope - oh poor you and poor Shannon you can run fast though, so that's something
I've run in the rain and am going to work soon
Evening allI am a little stuffedI have achieved a lot today and managed to shoehorn a 45 minute turbo into the mix as wellNow its nearly bedtime Hope, I expect you are asleep already!
evening all, leaving work shortly
Ferret - not at all currently, the plan is to put them up somehow (despite the 2 brackets not being on the same bit of wall). it's only going to hold towels so it doesn't matter if it's not very secure
Towels can be a tad heavy Tomorrow is horse, swim, tip, gym, run and in that order .... !!
Morning all. I slept like a dead thing
morning.glad you slept Hope.........take it easy now........
I see blue skies through the rain..............
an hour and a half decluttering in my living room today....
I am suffering from shelf confusion TMW- I was enquiring about the one you failed to remove.
Debbo- undoubtedly a dodgy geezer- cash transaction and a bottle of summat to sweeten the deal.
Hope the decluttering worked Seren.
I seem to have an application form for a swimming club- I wonder whether I will get round to filling it in.
I did it all bar the gym .. and chose 30 mins to run and the heavens opened for the duration and I was absolutely drenched, I have had some more chunky soup and some bread and a Belgian Bun and feel human nowEnergy levels are really low for some reason ?Ferret, a club what swims? Bizarre .... do tell ??
FeFe - you've got no time for a swimming club - you've got a turbo to play with
I'm working again tonight - hope it's not as sad as last night
never mind, off to Madrid to see Leonard Cohen tomorrow - he'll cheer me up
Melds - it's lovely weather here
Wifey its been quite nice all day ... except for the time this morning when I went out with my boy and the 30 mins I decided to run for
No, she wanted to see someone far more cheerful
well, i am in London tomorrow for a disaster recovery day
what this really means is that i'm taking advantage of work paying my train fare into London and going to the Tate Modern at lunchtime (next door to the DR site), and meeting my friend after work for a drink
